Randy and I want to use Mightywinds,
web page, to help others. What I want to do is share things about myself and
how God had changed me to be more like him. I will share personal experiences,
knowledge and Bible Scripture. If you are lead in anyway to want prayer or even
down the road discussion with me, through this site, I would be honored to help
lead you to freedom through Jesus Christ and his saving grace.
In Old testament times, stopping up wells with
stones was one of the weapons used to defeat one's enemies ( see I Kings 3;19).
Our enemy, the devil, still uses that weapon against us today.
I believe that you and I are born open and free with an
ability to flow. But over time our enemy, Satan, comes along and starts throwing
stones into the well of our inner beings-----stones of abuse, hurt, rejection,
abandonment, misunderstanding, bitterness, rejection, resentment, self-pity,
revenge, depression, hopelessness, and on and on. By the time we become adults,
our wells are so filled with stones that they have become stopped up and no
longer flow freely within us. Every now and then we may feel a little gurgle
down inside, but we never seem to experience the full release that is needed for
the waters of our souls to flow freely once again.
It is interesting that when Jesus went to raise His friend
Lazarus from the dead. He ordered. "take away the stone" (John 11:39). in a
similar sense, I believe the Holy spirit wants to take away the stones that have
been clogging our wells of living water.
When speaking of living water in John 7:37-39, Jesus did not
say that from those who believe in Him there will flow rivers of living water
once in a while. He said these rivers of living water would flow continuously.
That living water is the Holy Spirit. What Jesus was talking about here is the
outpouring of the Holy Spirit, which we (who have accepted Jesus as Lord and
Savior) have received. Let the power of the Holy Spirit remove the stones that
block the wellspring of your life, and let the water of life within you be
released to flow again.

A word from God...
God wants to lead and
instructs us into all truth. What is a man's reality? It's what he believes. If
you believe you are a loser, than eventually you will become one. On the other
hand if you believe you will prosper, than you will prosper. We need to get a
hold of the provisions God has for us. We need to look to see what God has in
store for us. When you see what God has for you and what He wills in
your life, than start believing it for yourself. This is what God
desires for all of his children. He wants us to have life and to live it
abundantly. He wants us to prosper in all areas of our lives so we can than help
others to prosper.
How do we overcome Rejection?
Rejection is a inner
wound. The only way for it to be cleansed is through forgiveness. When someone
is wounded by rejection, he must quickly forgive; otherwise, an unclean spirit
can gain entry because the wound is not being taken care of in a positive light...

A Word From God...
God is a kind and gentle God, but
his wrath will show up when a person despises God, ignores him or denounces him.
God let's us all lay our own foundation. You could say we lay our foundation
upon our belief in God. What kind of foundation is this when we despise God?
Hatred, malice, anger, resentment, anguish and any and all negatives.
How does man get filled full of God's
goodness? We have to allow God into our life. We have to allow Him to get up
close and personal. We need to allow Him to correct us and become a part of our
reasoning process. We have to allow God to lead and guide our life instead of
the me mentality. Let me do it my way, Ouch! God's ways are far above our ways.
We only see a small part of the whole picture. God sees all and He wants us to
follow Him and His ways. He is positive, He is successful, He has our best
interests at heart. He made us , why would He not want us to become all we can
become? He does.
The more we seek God and look to God and have relationship
with God the more naturally we will follow him and his ways. but we must desire
God and His ways.
That is my prayer for all of us that we will desire more and
more of God each and everyway.
